Sage Plant Based Bistro West

I really enjoyed the lively vibe at Sage. It was pretty busy this morning, grabbing a waiter/waitress’ attention was difficult. The food was flavorful and varied. I particularly enjoyed the nachos! The cashew nacho cheese was so tasty.

This place was as beautiful as it was delicious. A HUGE vegan menu with something for everyone and very large portions. The inside felt a little bit like a pub but the patio was heated and very suitable for a nice evening out. I would absolutely go back.

The food is great! The ambiance is great! The service is borderline bad.

We've been to Sage Plant Based Bistro West several times. Each time we've tried something new, and each time we've been very impressed by the taste and quality of the food (including drinks and dessert). The ambiance is beautiful, and it's apparent there was quite a bit of consideration that went into this.

My only poor remark is regarding the service. Between all 6 visits, the service was not genuine, the staff acted as if they were too good to be there, or didn't want us to be there- both of which are a problem. I've never felt welcome, and have a hard time recommending anyone to go here.

So many delicious vegan options here, and all for a very reasonable price ~$10-$15 for a large portion. We had cauliflower wings 3 ways and it had just the right level of sauciness. The sandwich and wraps are grilled to perfection with amazing flavours and diverse textures in each dish! They have a great drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic selection). The outdoor seating area had a great ambiance and very warm heaters. Wish I could come here every day!
