Pretty good bbq for LA. Expensive but big portions. Wish they had smaller portions at a more reasonable price.

Reasonably-priced, good BBQ. Food came out a bit cold, but it was very tasty.

Baby Back Ribs: The Baby back rib meat itself was really excellent, but I felt their sauce was too sweet for me. If they offered an option with a rub, this would be five stars.
Pulled Pork: The meat, again, was really delicious. A sandwich with this on a nice, buttered bun would be awesome!
Tri-tip: I'm told this is very good and not dry. I don't eat red meat so did not try it.

It's not been easy finding good BBQ in LA, so this is an excellent treat when you're in the mood and don't want to pay a ton for somewhere like Maple Block.

    Nice surprise...
Read an article some days ago about this place, talking with kind about their BBQ meats and the service.
We were looking for a bite and ended up at the Holy Cow, just because we knew it existed.
Very very very happy customers... great meats, great service, we will for sure keep it in our short list of places we like to go back.

Love this place! My go-to BBQ joint. Much more reasonably priced than another BBQ restaurant down the street and just as good, if not better. I'll usually get a pound of fatty brisket and an order of their beef ribs (only available on weekends). Good without sauce, but if you like sauce, try their Original Q sauce.
