“The kids enjoy it.i I don't have to worry about them trying to bounce on my couch or on the the beds .I can take them there when it's too hot or too cold outside. They have a separate time for the younger children entering regular times they have the younger children separated which i like even though my younger child thinks he's older like the oldest child so many times he tries to go on the other side to be with his older sibling. Maybe they can add a mini basket ball court for the toddler children like they have for the older children& teens.I just have one little issue I feel that if the children should wear the skid proof socks and the adults should wear the skid proof socks when coming in contact with the trampolines and the other areas I think it's only sanitary that the staff also do so many of times I've seen staff members approach these areas with their street shoes on(???? yuck, gross,disgusting) I've mentioned it before to a manager the first time i saw this and it's still happening maybe not enough parents are complaining but I feel that we should because our children skin is getting in contact with the surfaces when they bounce and they they fall or laying down on the trampolines and play areas.my next step is to check with the health department because I'm sure they'll find some things with a microscope or what ever they use on those mats/ trampolines/ in sponge pits that are unhealthy /unsafe”

“Went in for a dollar drink and ended up getting some hashbrowns too. The inside looks new. Looks like the updated version of McDonald's. You can order at a kiosks behind the line, or at the cashier. There's some screens at a few tables in the back. I didn't see what they did.... The shift there @5:40pm looked cohesive and happy. I was wondering if it was the beginning of their shift or at the end, because they seemed happy and energized. They were: vibrant, team working, all busy, all interacting with each other, and I felt like their system (as long as it kept) was good for the customer. I don't really do McDonald's but I had a cool experience there for what it was. Ps. One of the leads in the striped shirt was very nice and extending his help everywhere, the cashier was trying to save me money, which is always a plus! And most of all! I felt like everyone was trying to make the customers happy by their words and tones and demeanors. Which is always a plus in sales. Hey it was enough for me to write about them. So yeah... >Kudos for knew interior design. Make sure you keep it clean like today. >Kudos for a good team work cohesiveness. a >kudos for today's experience of customer service. Con: That ramp. Was a horrible design! The walk way is over 30-40 feet from the step way. And you have small and sharp turns that probably wouldn't suit a wide or larger wheelchair and the distance is unnecessary. Even if it did increase parking spot numbers. So I'm sure you get negative remarks from your handicapped customers. I see where you can improve this issue in two ways!”

“Excellent food. They also have fresh smoothies made. I just wish it was more affordable! They charge for Everything!! With that being said.. they Do have a lot of options to choose from so you don't have to add onto your meal if you choose to (for example if i wanted spinach amd bacon added to an omelet or something). On a positive note they give a good size portion for the kids pancake meal.. so we usually get that and add am extra egg or sausage if we feel more hungry. Pancakes and omelets are Very good here.. so we put up with the price.”
