Andrea and Danny went above and beyond to make our party amazing! Thank you guys so much service and food was phenomenal
Hands down One of my favorite places... totally underrated!!!!
Parking is super accessible, staff is friendly, nice atmosphere the food is excellent. They have healthier options upon request (brown rice, gluten free, etc)and their drinks are on point too .... oh yeah, they have late happy hour!!!
The meal was outstanding!!! That's the *only* thing saving this New Moon at present from a poorer review. Party of 6 at 7pm on a Tuesday. Lots of mains ordered. Drinks were pretty quick to come out, as was food. Haven't had water in my glass or anyone check in on us for over 20 minutes. Three of us may have ordered a second beer or cocktail if anyone had checked in from time to time. Maybe it's our server's first day, or maybe he just doesn't care (I'm stopping short of posting a picture of him). Seemed friendly enough starting off, but then more or less vanished. There are other excellent staff members hustling, asking their tables how they're doing regularly, getting drinks and food out, clearing, etc.
Overall, a terribly disappointing service experience, especially after we had heard such good things about New Moon. Again, all the food we ordered was **excellent**. Our server was definitely not.
I love the food here. We have been coming for about 8 years now. When they first opened we were skeptics until we tried the food.
Wanton soup to die for. Mongolian beef - like PF Cheng's, but spicy, not sweet and actually better. Also tastes less commercialized. And my personal favorite which is just so so good. It is Shelby’s Sweet and Spicy Chicken. The flavors are so complex yet perfect that there isn't really a way to describe what occurs when eating it.
5 Stars just for that dish alone!
