“Starbucks is simply Starbucks. Customer service was decent. The location sells the product literally a 100 yards from the sands of Hermosa Beach plus all sightseeing activities. Great spot to sip a cup of coffee and enjoy a few hours at the beach!”

“Got my favorite chocolate croissant and a flat white with extra shot. The drive through is closed so you have to get inside the store to get you order. There are green lines through out the store to assist with social distancing and protect employees. I did not wait more than 4 minutes.”

“Visited on a day when it wasn’t so busy and was served rather quickly. Staff always kept tabs to make sure everything was good and food was pretty good. The live music really made for a great atmosphere. A bit pricey though.”

“Great coffee right by the beach and pier. The workers are really cool and they are always in a great mood! The art on the walls always changes and is usually pretty impressive. They have a tiny bathroom way in the back that isn't marked. Get an ice coffee :)”

“I stopped getting coffee here months ago. Please understand Mickey D's coffe is my favorite, even over coffee shop coffees BUT at this location it is a gamble. Most days the coffee is TERRIBLE!! I think they are more worried about getting people out, than giving people a great product. In my opinion, they pull the coffee pot to fill customer's cups to get then out. BUT this is WRONG!! Because when you pull the pot early that cup you pour is pure mud, then the rest of the pot pours out and the rest of the coffee is going to be "watery". Sometimes you do get a great cup of coffee. Well, today I ordered the 2 sausage egg McMuffins. The English muffins were toasty warm, yaaay!! But the egg was cold. . . How!!?? I have a theory as to how. But let's just chalk it up to get the customer out quick. This is how you lose customers.”
