Panera Bread

The Staff that helped me was very polite and helpful but there were other staff there that I feel could have been helping more.
The food was okay, I was told the Mac and cheese was to die for... It was my first time trying it and it was runny and the noodles were mushy and overcooked so I need to try it again maybe at a different location to see how it is.
I had gotten a cup of coffee and one of the workers had come over while I was getting the coffee and I thought he was swapping out the coffee carafes for new, but in fact I guess he was pulling them because when I went backup to top off my coffee just a few minutes later all the coffee was gone and there was only the hot water and the light roast there, now I was drinking decaf, and the carafe seemed to be pretty full when I got it and it was nice and hot and I don't know too many people that drink decaffeinated coffee usually it sits there but he had pulled that one too and when I inquired about it they said it was going to be at least 10 minutes before they could get some new out.
Now I don't know their practices on coffee but I feel they should have left it out there to be used up until they were ready to swap it out for fresh.
I wasn't the only one that was waiting, there were also people waiting for the regular roast as well.

Panera always has predictably good food. I had one complaint.......that the floors and bathrooms could be a little cleaner. It is still not as bad as East Pasadena's bathroom

This is my favorite Panera Bread within one city's radius of Glendale, La Canada. Best service, best care put into their food. I come at least 2 times per week

I went in on a windy day the manager was rude. My mom and I got to soup he basically was saying leave we are closed without the employees informing us they were closing. If I knew they were closing I would have chose another restaurant to eat. I am very disappointed the only reason they get 3 star not 1 star it is because the food was good. The customer service was terrible. You don’t go basically kick customer out without announcing the store was closing. I was unaware. Customers should be priority not leaving early. I would have enjoyed my food but instead I was rushing.
