    Sushi is amazing! I do not normally say this, but this was the best sushi I have ever had. Unfortunately, the lighting is a little to dark for me inside the restaurant. Tables are pushed in close together for parties of two so it can feel like you are eating with strangers rather than on a date.

    The wait is most definitely worth it!!
    The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing and just all around great. The interior is great. The food was beyond phenomenal! They use warm rice for their sushi. The fish just melts in your mouth. The trust me platter is a great way to try a little of everything.
    The unfiltered sake is nice, creamy, and smooth. The filtered sake is nice and smooth.

    My husband and I came here for lunch on a Monday and were seated right away since we opted to sit at the bar. Service was great and the staff was friendly. We ordered the Nozawa Trust Me, which was plenty and delicious!

    Trust Nozawa! Seriously. Just do the "trust me." The fish is a cut above. I don't know how they're so consistently able to get fish that melts in your mouth. Their presentation is artistic, so enjoy the beauty of it. I would recommend going either a little before the rush or a little after (like around 2). It's no secret anymore.
