The famous LA street truck has settled in the Arts District bring it's hip celebration of LA street food to downtown. Everything is wonderful but I particularly love the poke. Can't get more multicultural, California fusion than that.
Lovely gourmet tacos, full bar, vegetarian options...a real pleasant surprise. Not super cheap, but totally reasonable for the experience. Large well-appointed dining room and large bar seating area, and very tasty.
Oh my goodness. I finally got away to go last night and was beyond pleased. I really only wanted two tacos but ordered four cause I was curious. The sweet potato, butternut squash tacos was so well executed. The flavors were perfectly paired with the other ingredients, the textures, the tortillas ... it was a memorable experience. I ordered a pineapple lemonade... I loved it wasn’t too sweet, it was balanced with acidity and a kiss of sweetness. I can see why Jonathan Gold loved this place so much! Thank you team Guerilla Tacos... I love you guys.
This place is a must go! The staff are absolutely amazing and super sweet and genuine! The food is drop dead amazing... I'm left wanting more but I have same time I'm very satisfied. Very unique tacos and food. I wish they had another location in North Hollywood because I would eat there all the time. Highly would recommend!
Delicious innovative tacos. Not fast g
Food bring style tacos. Not what most would think as authentic street tacos you'd see in most of Mexico. It's uniquely L.A. style tacos. Still maintains the spirit of fresh ingredients, but just w/ aspects of other fine dining cuisines and techniques.
The cocktails are definitely in the same "craft" or "chef driven" vein.
Menu items change/rotate but there's some standbys always there.
Decor fits in w/ the arts district neighborhood. Definitely way better hours than the truck.
