Great Ramen. One of the best in LA. Very efficient ordering and quick table arrival. Excellent bar with top shelf whisky. All the sides are delicious. Nice atmosphere and super friendly staff. Good takeout packaging if your doing pick up/delivery.
When you walk in, you pick your meal from a touch screen and are assigned a number you take with you as you pick your own seating. There is a person at the front to help explain the menu if it is new to you. Service was quick, and a bottle of water and glasses will be served to you in addition to your menu selections. The Ramen was good, but not as good as the hand pulled noodles I've been eating lately. I was expecting more of a favor experience, and my order fell short.
Very unique signature Ramen with a citrus chicken broth. Not very fatty and much lighter than you'd expect. I recommend the shoyu or spicy variety because it's such a light flavor. Ordering is done at little kiosks which is nice but there's always someone around to explain the menu
Descent food, and good environment. It could be a great place, if it had better human connection. The iPad menu at the door are very off putting & spoil the vibe. Having servers to seat you & take your order would make this place worth visiting on the regular, as it is? There are too many cozy ramen spots.
