    I didn't read reviews before eating here and I'm glad I didn't. I would've skipped it. My Canyon Burger was delicious!! Juicy, cooked perfectly to "medium" as ordered. The toppings were delicious and in just the right proportions. Maybe the other reviewers caught them on a bad day, but my burger was really up there with all the new, cool gourmet burger spots!

    This is the first time I've tried this burger spot. I ordered 2 well done burgers and fries. A little pricey $30.64 but I'm in a airport everything is pricey. I was running late and had to eat it on the plane. When I walked onto the plane the pilot said WOW that smells good, I might have to come and get a bite. Well that burger not only smelled good it was worth the price. One of the best burgers I've had in a while... For Sure a returning customer!!!
