This place has potential. Focus the food items into a smaller menu to ensure you’re in stock (most of the items we wanted to try were out of stock). Utilize the robots - we waited about 15 minutes til anyone talked to us after we were seated. Fix the online ordering, or just streamline the process somehow - my friends phone was able to order, but mine couldn’t to due to errors on the website. I couldn’t even see the menu. The few food items we were able to try were good, but the above mentioned issues saltied the experience

It was really good. The food was really tasty. My fiancé had the regular dim sum, and I have the vegan versions. It was delicious and you couldn’t tell a difference between the two. So that’s good if you’re vegan. Only thing was we went there because they had robot waiters, but it didn’t really seem like they had that part down yet. I don’t know if they just barely opened. But the robot waiters and the regular waiters were kind of interchangeable, in the way that the regular waiters were just grabbing the food off of the robot waiters. Instead of us being able to interact with them. Otherwise it was great. The staff was more than friendly. And we got sat pretty quickly.

Finally good dumplings in Culver! Didn’t have any of the problems some other reviews mentioned - I’m obsessed with the cat robot! Food was delicious and the whole process was easy (toast tab).
Update: forgot to mention how helpful and lovely all the servers were. Such a good experience.
