Every dish we had was flavorful and delicious - 5 stars. Service was very good as well - 4+ stars. Portion sizes (primarily the proteins) were the main issue for the overall 3 star rating due to the prices. $25 for chicken shwarma and got about 4oz of meat.. excellent flavor but the plate was 3/4 salad. Lamb couscous had a wonderful spice with nice amt of heat but for $34 was also small on amount of lamb in the dish - probably 3-4oz. Hanger steak was the favorite but at $32 was also high, although seemed better size with approx 6oz of steak. Hummus sampler ($21) was excellent but only came with two pieces of pita (about 6" diam in size) so we needed more ($5 charge) Check pics. $360 otd for family of 6 of us and that was with just 3 cocktails total and no wine. Cocktails were delicious too and were priced at $14 each. Overall I wanted to give 5 stars but the bill was a shock for a Monday night family dinner. If it was a Friday or Saturday night with only the two of us (wife and I) the price probably would have had less of a negative impact..
Love this place. I've been here twice in the two months it has been open. Checks all the right boxes
Friendly service~ feels like the staff loves working here ✔️
Delicious Israeli fair, with lots of vegetarian options ✔️
A combination of unique and classic cocktails and a great selection of wines ✔️
Nice ambience with a big patio and not too loud music so you can talk ✔️
I'd recommend having a reservation even on a week night.
They do close at 10 pm. Wish they'd stay open longer.
Incredible food and great service! Maybe a higher price point but they make it completely worth it
Very interesting food. We found this wonderful restaurant on DineLA in 2019. Spectacular appetizers, and great entrees. We came with 5 people and we were able to share everything. Loved the Cauliflower and the Brussels Sprouts. The chicken was moist and the Salmon was cooked perfectly. My only criticism was how relaxed (slow) the food came out. Our server Reilly was spot on. Overall a great experience.
Really good food and friendly staff. Unfortunately the outdoor seating turns into a bit of a sweat box due to the evening sun and there being no shade available.
They really need to raise the clear plastic sheets so the breeze can come through or provide some kind of shade. It was just very uncomfortable (we had to get sunscreen and hats!)
