Delicious.
Early Evening Dinner.
Prime Rib and Garlic Shrimp.
Sat immediately.
Served fairly quickly.
Opted to have steak done in the kitchen.
Blood orange Mojito was easy on the tongue.
I love this place! The food is great and the staff were so attentive. The marinated skirt streak was my favourite. Highly recommend!
Food was average, felt like every dish was lacking in flavor. Marinated short ribs were good but could use a stronger marinade. Pork belly was thick cut and it ended up being really tough after grilling. Overall the grilled meats were chewy and I felt like I spent so much energy chewing my food. Beef shortribs soup was comforting but lacked flavor ie, diluted, we added salt/pepper and it was much better. Overall pleasant experience as the staff was really friendly and helpful, hope they improve on the quality of food and look forward to trying it out again next time. Oh and you definitely will smell like kbbq after your meal so be prepared to wash alllllllll your clothes/hair.
We went in for some Korean barbecue and this place looked pretty good. The set up and decor is pretty neat with warm and friendly staff. We took the recommended one, I guess the second one among the 3 recommended with a side of rice. The meat was well cooked and tasty. I really liked it. I did not however like the kimchi. There was something about the kimchi but everything else was very good.
Seating was spacious and rather quick. Hands-down one of the best restaurants I've had in LA. Great quality selections of meats. My favorite dish was the marinated short rib - flavorful sweet and juicy-- goes very well with white rice. It was so good that I ordered it again. When we ordered the second short rib, it didn't come for another 30 minutes, another server Alex came back to check on us and the food. He offered us a pitcher of beer on the house while we waited. Wasn't expecting that but shoutout to Alex and the staff for the great customer service.
FYI- unlike a typical Korean BBQ, you don't actually grill or cook the food- it comes out served on a sizzling hot plate and on a bed of onions.
