1919 Noodle Express

Braised beef, house special noodle that we ordered have these 3 common things: soup and tendered beef taste great, but noodle kind of hard until we finished 2/3 of the bowl, it starts being felt about right. We wish there would be more bok choy added to the noodle bowl to equalize with oily sautéed soup. In general, great experience at the restaurant for another come back to try different dish.

Great quiet store for a quick lunch at 3pm after lunch hour rush. The potato salad, dumplings and beef noodles were all great. Ordered kelps but now I know kelps is not my favourite, no fault of 1919 though 😂

Perfect handmade noodles with so many thickness options, tasty beef soup with irresistible flavor of spices, aromatic chili oil… this bowl of noodle always make my day.
Free parking in the spacious parking garage.

Finally, a worthy restaurant that can make me come to this dying plaza. The noodles taste authentic and flavorful. The beef is succulent and soup is cooked as perfect as it can be.

They specialize in just noodles. I feel like they ran to a grandmas house and stole the hot bowl of soup right out of her hands. Taste homemade. Really legit. This'll be on tik tok soon enough and you wont be able to get a seat.
