    This location customer service was far better than the ones I have recently visited in Irvine, CA. I ordered online and was able to pick up with ease!

    Good service here. The guys here behind the counter looking like they're working hard making sure we all get r food soon. The menu is huge with lots of deals. Our food was served up nice n hot. Will have to again another time n c if all's good the same.

    Always good. Fresh food and prices were good. Clean and nice atmosphere.

    This location is less expensive than the one in San Dimas where Lowe's is located on Arrow and Bonita. The $5 boxes here are worth $5 vs $6 in San Dimas. Despite the price differences, the Pomona location took way too long for food to be served: 15 minutes in a nearly empty lobby. I've been at Taco Bell locations where workers are moving quickly with a sense of purpose and urgency, here they were taking their time as if they were making their own meals at home. The employees need to speed up a bit more within reason.
