First off I dont recommend getting slices. Get a small pizza for a few dollars more which is perfect for 1 person. The freshness with the slices just isn't there. Other than that the ratio and flavor is on point.

To the new owner I recommend getting an open door oven and maybe experiment with only partially cooking the slices and finish them after they've been ordered.

Met the famous young man the store is named after! Star struck! He is the new born of the humble family man that owns the restaurant!! Its a beautiful thing to know your money is going right into the pockets of a small business owner, building a family and a future for his home.

The food is fantastic anyways :)
Super crispy garlic crust, the cheese mixture is nice and elastic, so you get that satisfying cheese pull!!

New spot for me and mine.

Just had Ian’s for the first time, this place has a lot of upside with a few critiques. The taste is classic American pizza (think kids night out after sports good pizza). The wings are flavorful down to the bone and the pizza has a sweet and light acidic sauce. On a side note, the crust is breadstick worthy and has a buttered garlic flavor.

Some opinions: If you’re feeding more than 2 people go with X-Large only. Two mediums will feed 3 people max in my opinion.
The pizza could be crispier but it’s not a deal breaker. (I do like a cornmeal crust bottom) but that’s a preference thing not a knock on Ian’s.
Finally Valentinos pizza may not be at this location anymore but Ian’s fills the shoes of our pizza needs perfectly. Try their pizza and this will be an easy choice when it’s pizza night.

We ordered an extra large pizza with 12 chicken wings half barbecue and half buffalo. The texture of their chicken wings is fabulous. I can tell they are made in small batches with lots of flavors. I don't normally order chicken wings from fast-food stores because they often taste a bit watery and overcooked but at Ian's they taste home-made. When it comes to Pizza I often pay more attention to the dough than the toppings. For Ian's Pizza I enjoy the whole piece to the last bite. This pizza is perfect for me because I don't like my pizza being too cheesy.
