Ruby's Diner

Always very good. Ruby's Redondo Beach. Ordered half/hallf; tuna melt/salad, and fried green beans (comes with 3 dipping sauce). Service is excellent. Very clean, fish that float in the air, huge parking lot (with validation $1), window seating looksing out to the ocean.

Great FUN family diner! We always bring out of town peeps here for the fun atmosphere & proximity to the ocean. Liking the new simplified menu with healthier choices like avocado toast! ????????

Sat outside once and enjoyed a delicious Burger with guacamole. Meat was tasty and tender. Salad leaves were fresh. Chips were excellent, but very salty for our English tastes. Vegetarian sandwich was tasty but nothing spectacular. Good slaw.

Had stopped by the previous evening for a ‘sundae’, which was disappointing, being not much more than a large lump of vanilla ice-cream drenched in just caramel sauce. No fresh fruit or any variety; lacking imagination.

I haven't been to a Ruby's in years, it was fantastic to visit this one at the beach. I had the guacamole burger (substituting a garden burger) with fries - it was delicious and a very generous amount. There were some nice views of the water. Staff was very friendly.

We love this diner. We especially love the classic car show that is held throughout the year. The participants are nice and talk about their cars. And thanks to Ruby's for topping it off with same great food after the event. Make sure you leave time when you are in the area on Friday nights to visit Ruby's Diner for a car show followed by a great meal! From the beginning of April to the end of October a showcase of new cars to antiques are displayed at the Ruby's Diner in Redondo Beach.
