The Speakeasy Tavern

A nice, quieter bar where you can get alright food that's a little over priced for the quality. They're definitely generous with the drinks though! The "game room" is pretty large; sporting two pool tables, an arcade cabinet, darts, and more. They also host fun activities like karaoke nights!

I was there a month ago and everything seemed great, people were racing about the food, service was quick, although I was sitting at the bar..

So, Last night I went with my GF we were there a couple minutes prior to happy hour being over, the waitress said hi grabbed the happy hour menu and said ill be right with you.. over 15 minutes later she comes back and we order 2 beers.. she walks around the bar 2 or 3 more times and comes back and asks if everything is OK, I said I'd really like my beer.. its now over 25 minutes since we got there.. we get the beers, I asked a gentleman next at the next table of that was the POKE, he says yes but NO.. thats a HARD NO on the POKE.. I was instantly surprised, I ordered the ribs as the waitress said they were popular the GF got a flat bread pizza.. over 10 minutes later she comes out and says sorry no more ribs.. ok ill take the fish and chips.. I watch slider after slider come.out of the kitchen but still none of our order.. finally the flat bread pizza comes and I wait a few more minutes for my fish and chips... Wow I think the cook left the fish in the fryer for 10 minutes these were cooked crispy... just not impressed and it was a very slow evening after happy hr..
Not sure I will be going back

Cindy and Gary have a great local bar with a friendly staff and great food/drink. Regulars and newbies feel right at home. Thanks for a good time.

Thank God christen and cruz is working today love them great vibe. Only reason I'm leaving a 4 star is, I came yesterday and was disappointed to see Terrence the new bartender his really not that welcoming. Me and my friends had definitely turned around to go to another bar when his working. Sorry to be upfront, I just don't think he fits in, in this bar.
