Great for a lunch feed, if you prefer to avoid the evening crowd. The pork soup base (spicy or not) is a great signature choice you cannot go wrong with. Match it with a nice beer, and you will have a lovely fusion hotpot dining experience.

A good place to eat on a cold day, first came here over a year ago. Didn't know the process of eating here, that's what made it interesting as a first timer. They now know what we usually have: the spicy porkbone soup with a small side beef and a medium lamb for the meats. The veggies bowel are served generously. This place as a wide variety of spices, oils, and condiments which makes it one of my favorite shabu shabu placea. The staff is friendly and quick to attend as soon as you walk in. #foodguide

Good soup base, vegetables not always the freshest looking. Meats are good and thinly sliced. Male service was good, but girl service was lacking as multiple requests were ignored. When there on weekend lunch which wasn't that busy.

Love love love. Best hotpot ever. Best part is that you can make your own sauce. Amazing! I live in Irvine but I've been going there every weekend for a while now. So good.

Shabu shabu customization at its best!

Ichi ichi is for those meals with your polar opposite, because no matter what, both of you can find something you like here. Customers have the ability to choose their own broth flavor, meat and sauces.

    1. Choose your broth from around 25 flavors (spicy pork bone, spicy sichuan, tom yum, milky, Japanese curry, to miso and corn cream, to name a few...) for about $10-$15 a pot.
    2. Pick your meat: pork, lamb, chicken breast, beef and premium angus beef (for $3 extra). Regular servings are about 10 slices, and you can upgrade to large for $3 more.
    3. Concoct your perfect dipping sauce at Sauce Blvd., which offers eggs, sesame, daikon, bbq sauce, spicy oil, white/red vinegar, 2 types of garlic* (dried and freshly diced!), etc...
Note: If you want to share a pot, there's a $2 sauce charge.

We had the spicy pork bone and the miso and corn, and both were aromatically addicting. Make your money go the distance by taking leftovers home, adding some veggies+tofu+noodles, and second mealing it!
