Corn dog with sugar? You kidding! But wait! It’s so amazing! Like AMAZING! Myungrang has so many choices that you can pick from. After deep fried the corn dog it will be covered with sugar( this is an option, you don’t have to add it if you don’t want it ) and there are also tons of sauces you can add on yourself at the sauce bar, such as ketchup, sweet chill, mustard and more. DIY it yourself.
Not to mention their rice cake bowl. LOVE IT! The best one I’ve had so far in Rowland area. It’s flavorful and the rice cake cooked perfectly with the fish cake too. Will definitely come back any time soon! Love this place
Hidden gem in the corner but delicious recommend #2 sauce mix and order #5 cheddar cheese & sausage
These battered fried panko hot dogs is an experience in texture. It is crunchy, gooey, chewy. It is also sweet, salty, fatty and spicy if you like. They're also beautiful.
So much rave about these Korea originated hot dog place, I had to pay a visit and try them myself. At first when I arrived there, I couldn't find the place as it was a tiny confined space in the corner of the plaza food court. Luckily, the place wasn't busy, just few people waiting for their order and no one on the line, surprising! as I was anticipating a long line especially around dinner time. The price I thought was reasonable, original starting at $ 1.99 for original hot dog all the way to $ 3.99 I believe for squid hot dog. Didn't take long to get my order and I had a choice to either dip it for sugar coating and I preferred not to. They also had different types of sauces to top it which plays very important role in the taste of these hot dogs. Otherwise, these hot dogs are unique that the batter was made with 'sticky rice' where it's more chewy compared to dry bread batter. And other unique thing is that some has cheese inside.
All-in-all , it's definitely worth the try but nothing to die for.
Today was the soft opening of this place and my wife and I enjoyed it! ???? we shared the #2 and #5 and it did not disappoint! This is a perfect place for a midnight snack or even just a nice spot to hang out with friends ???? I do have one COMPLAINT though... I asked for water and the cashier said they DID NOT have any water... I asked twice... so it made me think, well how the heck do y’all wash your hands to make the food, or even wash the dishes ????
