“My hubby and I HAVE TO come here whenever we are in the area. We live in Venice. We always get the fish ball soup and fried calamari. It’s our favorite. The comment about the sewer smell has nothing to do with this restaurant. The seating is outside only and you can’t help other things in the area having an issue. We went there last night and the weird smell was completely gone from the outside. When it was there, it didn’t affect our eating experience from this place.”

Duo-Pot is hot pot and Sichuan dry pot all St the same table. I'm addicted to their shrimp, chicken wing, pork and lotus root dry pot. They dry contents are crisp, and they get spicier and spicier as the night goes on. The hot pot bone broth is delicious as well, and you can quickly over indulge with all the goodies available: noodles, hot pot meat, dry pot veggies and meat, and the awesome spicy cucumber appetizer.”

“Despite my 3 stars, I come here all the time because I love the food and the manager. Their beef Briskets are soft and delicious, sometimes 40% fat 60% meat, sometimes 50/50. However, the service is a hit and miss. On a good day they're quick to refill drinks and meat. On a bad day they don't even walk by your table lol They've also replaced their sesame oil with something else (it's more watery ????) and their salt is simple table salt. You get what you pay for.”
