“We drive an hour away to eat here. Why because the sushi is wonderful. They have all you can eat sushi. My favorite is the tuna rolls, seaweed salad and the ramen.”

“Good food at reasonable prices. Would give a 5, but it took a while to get served. However, once we were served, service was good.”

“It's nice and clean here. The food is fresh and taste great. Salsa comes from a well instead of a packet and taste like salsa instead of hot sauce. ( they're only the same thing technically ) The servings are moderate. The smell of this place might hook you by the nose and reel you in. $25 to feed a party of 3 with 2x 2 piece meals and 1x Mexican Cobb salad.”

“One of the most overlooked hotpot restaurant in SGV, I always find it empty during lunch, this place should have a line around the block at all open hours. The food is affordable, every item is has been carefully select and quality is premium. The soup base is incredible even though you can’t tell from the presentation, the store doesn’t have the best ambiance, but a foodie’s priority should always be about the food. This place carries a Taiwanese identity, and the environment is very fitting. Nothing is over the top, which makes it very authentic and modest. If you are a normal human being, you will learn to appreciate the profound effort someone put in to create such delicious food, at least, that’s why I would go back.”

“Authentic Korean food, but from what I've tasted most everything is about average. My friends and I have been here twice and both times it has been about the same. The side dishes are great, and we have ordered the sujebi, noodle soup with kimchi, grilled mackerel, stone bibimbap, and also the bulgogi hot pot dish. All the dishes were fine but the bulgogi hot pot dish was far too sweet.”

“This is my go-to place for Korean-style Chinese food with the family on Sundays for lunch. Their specialties are the spicy seafood noodle soup and the black bean sauce noodles. All their dishes are top notch. They are just the right amount of sauce, not too sweet not not too salty. The kids love the fried rice and the Mongolian beef. Good for large parties.”

“Denny's is great. They had a tough spell back in the early 2000's, but they've pulled through the past decade. Great food, great price and my server was friendly.”

“Simple chicken and ricejoint. We went in tonight and had a chicken and rice plate and a chicken soup with a plate of green veggies. Really good and it's so simple. Price is good.”

“The place is small, so expect a wait during peak hours. The food was very good. I had the chicken curry, along with the pork belly. Both was very tender and melted in my mouth. They also have milk tea. Service is decent.”

“Food was good but the service was slow. It took us 2 1/2 hours to eat a banquet menu. We only had one table. We had the suckling pig that had to be preordered. Well worth it ...very tasty and yummy. That's all that was left...the head.”

“Very good Gamja Tang place. Even though there are no other options in the area, this place sends a solid bowl of Gamjatang. The portions are big, and the prices are fair. Service is friendly, and the menu rounds out your other choices with many items. The small size serves two people very well, the medium is very very sizable and the large is excellent for groups. They don't cheap or on the meat even though you get a lot of bone.”

“Winchell's speaks for itself: The donuts are always fresh and tasty. This venue has outdoors seating which has somewhat of a nice view as it overlooks the huge parking lot adjacent to it. The service is friendly, too.”

“Had their beef noodle soup and pan fried dumplings. The noodle was tasty yet not oily at all. The broth can be drank after finishing the noodle. You get a good amount for what you pay. The pan fried dumplings came with vinegar and was delicious. Both items cost about $8 each. This place’s main specialty is actually Shanghai style hot pot, so perhaps I will find a chance to go back. The service was great and non-intrusive as I wanted.”
