“This is one of the best places I've been for sushi. The waiting staff is very attentive and friendly, it's a great price for excellent quality sushi, ramen and sides. It's always fresh and have never had a negative or bad experience. Some other reviewers talking about the wait time must not understand they don't keep things hot and ready. It's made to order . Not to mention every review on their page from inside the USA is 1 star, odd . Highly recommend !”

“Lately they've had really great customer service. The staff is very polite, friendly, and helpful, and they've done a great job of setting expectations for wait times and explaining order totals over the phone. I've been getting take out from them during the pandemic and they've done an amazing job of following the guidelines and keeping their customers and staff safe. I love the sushi and hand rolls! They have awesome appetizers too! Also, the atmosphere and decorations inside are really cute and relaxing and clean. :) I love Ginza!”

“Great service. It's a bit pricey but definitely some of the best donuts I've ever had. I liked the Huckleberry donut more than the old fashioned (a bit too much nutmeg flavor for my taste), but my friend liked the old fashioned more. I wasn't planning on getting any drinks, but my friend said he'd try the Vietnamese coffee since others said it was good. It was also pricey but worth it. Glad we decided to splurge today. Definitely want to return, Lord willing.”

“They are currently practicing social distancing so you get your own personal space in the restaurant and I loved it! The waitress was very attentive. The service was fast. The chef surprised us with a free sample dish that was delicious. It was generous of them. For a total of 4 rolls, we ended up paying about 35 dollars. I'd go back again.”

“Yes!!! After a failed attempt to actually get jiggly Japanese cheesecake in Japan, I was elated to find Uncle Tetsu in Del Amo Mall. They only had ube and strawberry flavors this afternoon, so I went with the ube. At $12, this ain’t cheap... but after the taste test... THIS IS TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!! The cheesecake was light and fluffy and moist with a very delicate ube flavor. So subtle that you can barely taste it (or the cheese) at all. I got a hint of egg in the cake, which is probably what helps make it so fluffy. The cake is a bit oily, which probably contributes to the moistness. Two thumbs up from me for this decadent splurge. Can’t wait to try other flavors in the future. ????”
