“I usually don’t become a regular at places because I don’t find the food memorable but this place is an exception—I’m not a regular because I’m physically too far to regularly bless my day with their amazing food!!! Everything is so fresh, and the bread is incredible. Please do yourself a solid and try the croque madame! I couldn’t stop thinking about it and for the few days I was in the area and having another taste became a top priority. The salmon omelette is 100% a skip—everything else I tried was just that good Full disclosure: it’s the first time I tried a croque madame and maybe they’re all just this freaking good.”

“My wife, 3 years old son, and I visited here for the first time. We were greeted with possibly the kindest and warmest people we could ever meet! I would say their drinks were solid good and very interested to try their rolls (but already ate). Apparently, they opened at the end of 2019, which you could guess that it was a hard journey for them. However, surviving the pandemic as a restaurant really says a lot about this place’s quality. I’m very touched by their welcome gestures. I highly recommend you visit this place and support!!!”

“Chef Yaneth is a wonderful cook and I have been there many many times - my favorites are the lentil soup & chicken soup. Also LOVE the BBQ'd sausage plate, potato salad and chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. I have found the service to be excellent. It is a family run establishment and they work very hard. The Antigua Cafe is a wonderful addition to Downtown Torrance!”

“Amazing pastries and real Parisian style espresso. Éclair & Café is a real treat, a feast for the eyes and your mouth. We got some eclairs and the caramel, coffee and pistachio are our favorite ones. Plus they have the best cream puffs. We will go back to try it all including their savory quiches and sandwiches. The service is amazing and the French owners are super friendly. Love this place!”

“I placed the order online for the first time, and was too excited so instead of nonfat I ordered a 2 percent mocha. When I got to the store I apologized and told the barristers that I needed a non fat mocha. And in a click of an eye, my non fat mocha was ready, so perfect and mouthwatering. The barristers went extra mile to make sure my drink was great and I am safe while waiting for my order”

“I went to this location to get my coffee before work and was awarded with excellent customer service. The barista had asked me how my day was, if I had any plans for this weekend? She was great at establishing small talk as I waited for my coffee and protein box. The coffee I got is a Caramel iced coffee with half and half! Excellent taste! Always gets my day going! I would recommend coming here if you want great coffee and excellent customer service. It is my first time getting the protein box so I will write another review for that”

“Great service. It's a bit pricey but definitely some of the best donuts I've ever had. I liked the Huckleberry donut more than the old fashioned (a bit too much nutmeg flavor for my taste), but my friend liked the old fashioned more. I wasn't planning on getting any drinks, but my friend said he'd try the Vietnamese coffee since others said it was good. It was also pricey but worth it. Glad we decided to splurge today. “Yes!!! After a failed attempt to actually get jiggly Japanese cheesecake in Japan, I was elated to find Uncle Tetsu in Del Amo Mall. They only had ube and strawberry flavors this afternoon, so I went with the ube. At $12, this ain’t cheap... but after the taste test... THIS IS TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!! The cheesecake was light and fluffy and moist with a very delicate ube flavor. So subtle that you can barely taste it (or the cheese) at all. I got a hint of egg in the cake, which is probably what helps make it so fluffy. The cake is a bit oily, which probably contributes to the moistness. Two thumbs up from me for this decadent splurge. Can’t wait to try other flavors in the future. ????”
