Jolly Kone

An old high school favorite from Hawthorne. Food didn't disappoint! So good. Super obvious taff doesn't care for people or their jobs. Food and ice cream cones are a 5 star. Staff are a 1 star. I split the difference and rated a 3.

This is a perfect place to stop in Bridgeport especially with kids, to get a quick bite to eat or a refreshing drink or ice cream. They have picnic tables outside front and back, and restrooms. I would have given them a 4 if the picnic area had been cleaner. We enjoyed a corn dog, a chili dog, French fries, snow cones and ice cream!

When you drive 7 hours through the Mojave Desert and over the Sierra Nevadas, Jolly Kone is your reward. A fully filled cone with a fat heap of delicious strawberry vanilla swirl soft serve is perfection.

Good food. Good service. No wait. They have veggie options and definitely try their ice cream.

Not entirely the best customer service, senior staff rude to (what I can only assume was) a newer employee, burger was made wrong but then redone with no hassle; other than waiting at the window for a bit for them to give attention to me. The food was great and the calamari fries were nothing like I've ever had before, I understand guest service and food service can be stressful because I'm in that same department but I believe their hospitality is at very low standards. Shout out to that one girl though that complimented me, my tip goes 100% to her and not the older male.
