    The VERY BEST Romantic sushi-steak house hide-a-way on the Peninsula. With something for everyone... indoor or outdoor, sushi bar or drink bar, quaint dining or group dinners, this is the spot. The food is OUTSTANDING and the detail to service perfect. We always choose Robata's Carmel for our special occasions or just when we need a "date night" alone to enjoy one another's company. We have never left without absolute satisfaction.

    I always enjoy any of the teriyaki dishes on the menu. Everything has always been prepared to perfection. I love the flavor of the fresh ginger on all the teriyaki meats.
    The mandarin sorbet is also a perfect desert afterwards.
