Charlie Palmer Steak Napa

Almost gave the place 5 stars except for they gave us one wrong order. For these prices I don’t expect mistakes, especially when you write the orders down. Other than that the food was absolutely amazing. The steaks just melted in our mouths and the dessert was super light.

It was AMAZING!! From the cocktail, best margarita EVER!! to the decadent chocolate dessert. The steak was melt in your mouth perfect. I would skip the added truffles for $25, but everything else was wonderful. Very fun, busy environment, wonderful service from everyone!! We will go again!

Good, flavorful food. Great wine list and a beautiful hotel lobby as the backdrop. Our server wasn't all that great. He made a series of mistakes and it constantly felt like he wasn't really listening to what we were saying. But, bar tenders and hostess staff were excellent so it may have been just one poor waiter. I'd go back.

A well managed steakhouse with excellent service and great food. The cowboy ribeye I had was cooked perfectly. The scallops my wife had were perfect as well. Nicely seared on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. The gnocchi and mushrooms were very good too.

Beautiful place to dine at. The sitting area is gorgeous and very inviting especially on a chilly Christmas night. The atmosphere inside was also delightful and the menu to choose from was fine. My 3 stars comes from the waitress that never attended our table and the meat all 4 of us had was tough on the outside and charred (ordered medium rare). When deciding on a place to spend your Christmas with loved ones and willing to spend the money,.... the very least you'd expect is the food you order cooked correct and service. We had to even ask for our check she'd forgotten. I am boarder line at 3☆☆☆ , if they had 2 1/2 ☆'s that would be more appropriate.
