    This has been our go-to truck ever since our first experience last week. The flavor in the meat-oh my goodness!-on handmade tortillas plus their agua frescas make the stop well worth it. I love that they provide samples so you know what you're getting. Very nice people too.

    Absolutely delicious my mom and I loved the service they even let us try the meats because it was our first time there :)

    Experience is everything! From the mouth watering menu, to watching the food come together on to a fresh handmade corn tortilla, to biting it! El Matador is the definition of delicious! Napas most authentic & incomparable food truck!
