The Original Pancake House

This is my 2nd time visiting Original Pancake House. I really enjoyed the food on both my visits. I had pumpkin pancakes & they were DELICIOUS. The staff is also very friendly & attentive during both my visits. I would recommend eating here for GREAT pancakes & equally great service.

I loved the Dutch a baby!! It was so quickly brought to my table I don’t think I even got my water just yet! Don’t be afraid if there’s ever any construction going on in that parking lot, the staff will be to help make your meal the best even though countless people who make snarky remarks thinking that it’s a positive thing to say to this beautiful establishment with great food and great staff

I will probably always get the Dutch baby! It is so delicious! I never regret it and always have leftovers. There is typically a wait here, mainly because it is a little small (can be a bit loud sometimes) but overall it is worth it. Lots of options as well!

Hidden gem in the middle of Laguna Hills. Great Breakfast to start your day. Very large portions that will fill you to the brim or take the leftovers for a midnight snack or the next days breakfast. Prices are very reasonable given the amount of food you receive. Staff is very friendly and keep your beverages topped off. Almost always a wait here, so expect it. Our greeter told us 35 minutes but it took only 17 minutes to seat us.

The Best Breakfast in Aliso Viejo.

Rarely does a restaurant with a 30-45 minute wait time ever live up to expectations that build as you sit outside waiting in the chilly morning whether of Orange County.

In the case of The Original Pancake House, however, these expectations are not only met, but exceeded.

There is no feeling more exciting than finally sitting down at a table in the warm, packed dining room. A friendly server is always quick to provide coffee and other delicious drinks as you wait to order. My favorite is the fresh-squeezed orange juice, but they also offer the classic arrangement of sodas and juices.

When you do finally order, you are greeted to a mountain of scrumptious food, bringing back memories of breakfast at grandma's while you visited her as a child. Whether it be pancakes, waffles, bacon, you are always stuffed by the end and feeling like sleeping through the rest of the day by the time you have made it home.

If you want to treat the family to an amazing breakfast treat, I would highly recommend taking them to The Original Pancake House.

It's a choice you and the kids will not regret.
