“First time at this location. The idea of having a vegan wood fired pizza was the big draw for me. I've been a longtime fan of their Center Street location so it's not hard to imagine that the new location will be more of the same plus the pizza offering. If you're in a group it's nice to have the option of all the other food choices at the Packing District. First we tried the Chorizo Ole. It has vegan chorizo, red sauce, spinach, jalapenos, onions, tomatoes and cilantro sauce. Flavorful, and a bit spicy???? but not too hot. I don't go for spicy foods and jalapenos are usually too hot for me but I took a chance and was happy I did. Next up was the sausage pizza. It has mozzarella, sausage, mushroom, almond ricotta, fresh basil and olive oil. Boom! Instant favorite. A mouthful of flavors. Crust, cheeses, sauce and sausage come together in a flavor rich combination. Can't wait to try the other pizzas. “This place is easy to miss since it is not a large place on the center street promenade. Ingredients are fresh and many selections for toppings. “How do you day absolutely delicious in Spanish? 3 words - Tacos El Patron. This place has so good. But my favorite has got to be their al pastor. Forget carne asada. It's all about the pork. Construction on State College makes it a little tricky to get into the right parking lot, but take your time and you'll see it. It's very bright in there and spacious in there, but only a few tables. This place is fairly new. Though I have never tried the old taco place here, I can say it looks totally nicer from the outside too.”

Portions are hearty lunch prices are better for the amount of food. Hummus is absolutely fantastic. Meat, both chicken and beef, is very juicy and well seasoned. Chicken has more flavor than the beef though. Overall this place would serve as a nice evening out with modern decor and wonderful service.”

“My quesadilla had big portions and good flavor. I also ordered a Mr Rosa Breakfast Burrito to go for my dad to go and he loved it. “Great deals for delicious, Baja style Mexican food. One of the better restaurants for quick and cheap Mexican food in the Anaheim Hills area. Fried and battered options can be a bit greasy. Grilled shrimp and potato tacos are my favorites. Tacos are served on corn tortillas. Good salsas and hot sauces at the bar. Also have grilled yellow chillies upon request. Horchata and Orange Bang are available. Restaurant atmosphere is clean, casual, and relaxed.”

“The Best Mediterranean food in Southern California. My wife and I have been coming here for over ten years, they have amazing service, great food and a great atmosphere. Very family oriented feel, always very welcoming. For those that drink wine they have a huge selection. There is a full bar as well. The main thing is the food. Absolutely amazing! The lamb chops are my personal favorite, but I have sampled almost everything on the menu and never been disappointed. Deserts included. Prices are also reasonable for a night out, it won’t break the bank. I would suggest making a reservation but even walk in the wait is reasonable. Dress is casual so no need for a suit and tie. They also do great holiday meals for two and four so call and check what they have going on. No doubt five star worthy!!”

They apparently have a lot of business based upon the amount of staff inside the facility and the numerous delivery vehicles. That heightened our expectations based upon the assumption that lots of business was a result of great pizza. We ordered the Porky's Special pizza. It was properly cooked, but it lacked flavor. The crust was too thick and lacked enough sauce. It seemed like we were eating bread with some slices of vegetables and meat on it. Even the toppings lacked favor. We were only able to eat half of the pizza. It did not taste bad. I did not taste like anything.”

“I was hesitant to come here because of some of the reviews. My visit was on a Thursday at 1:30 PM. I chose to go inside. Parking is sparse, so I just parked over by Carl's. Staff was friendly and helped me with ordering options. Everyone was busy and the place was clean. Service was fast and courteous with a smile and the tamale/taco combo was delicious.”
