Paragon Cafe

While waiting for our food we looked up the definition of the word Paragon. The dictionary definition is “a person or thing viewed as a model of excellence”. This definition is a perfect description for the restaurant. The food and presentation was phenomenal. We had the Paragon waffle and avocado toast with bacon. We definitely will be coming back!

Just tried them on their soft opening! Really good food and the cold brew is perfectly balanced. Egg on the sandwich was cooked perfectly and bun was toasted for some crunch! Thanks for an awesome breakfast!

This is as good as it gets! Get ready to try out OC's Best Breakfast Cafe coming soon. I had the pleasure to taste the breakfast options they plan to put on the menu and I was absolutely impressed.
The petit steak and eggs was executed and made with perfection. I have never eaten a steak cooked so perfect with seasoning that was just right. The egg and cheese potato cake was such a perfect combination.
The french toast was one of the best i've eaten in a long time and with fresh fruit, toasted coconut and the cheesecake drizzle just took the plate to another level of perfection. My all time favorite is the chicken and waffles and this plate was by far the best i've had. Chicken was cooked perfectly with the curst just right and had a great balance of heat to enjoy with the amazing Belgium waffles, cinnamon maple butter, glazed pecans, and sweet potato puree.
I can't wait for the place to open so that I can start ordering my breakfast from here.
