(March 3, 2019, 11:17 pm)Fabulous authentic Cajun food! I know, because I lived in Lake Charles 8 years. Get the bouillabaisse roast. It's a cream sauce made from the pan roasted seafood, filled with a variety of seafood. I always come here when I visit Huntington Beach.????????????

(December 6, 2018, 8:14 am)Great type of food for the cold weather and large portions to share. Food is unique and delicious. The style of cooking on steam kettles is so interesting to watch and it keeps your food hot longer without over cooking it. If you haven't tried it yet you should!!!

(November 3, 2018, 10:23 pm)Super polite and caring staff asking very kindly for anything you need. We got one of the pan house menu items which is the the signature plate of the restaurant and it was one of the best foods I’ve ever had in my life. Keep it up guys
