Aka China Garden, there's an exclusive-Soho vibe at this joint, complete with a bouncer, some more esoteric products, and a cool layout. Service matched the quality or lack thereof cited by others.

    Decent Chinese Food In Irvine
Good location, the parking which can be challenging in this shopping plaza with numerous businesses. Food is average for a Chinese restaurant.
Price is a little higher side
Service is some what acceptable but not great. Extra charges for tea & rice! you will get ONE single piece of napkin to start...
Keep asking for extra (too fugal)

    Garlic Lobster - Amazing
Salt & Pepper Shrimps - Mediocre
Beef with Black Pepper - Nice taste
Spicy Seafood soup - the broth too thick
Peking duck- Skin is not crispy as other Chinese restaurant

The food quality needs to be improved.

I'd say this is one of the best Chinese restaurants in town. Consistent good quality Chinese foods and dim sum. Parking can be a problem.

Parking is difficult - usually there is some is in the far back corner of the shopping area. Food is good for the price (excellent for lobster). Dim sum in carts is available on the weekends. Could be cleaner. Small bathrooms.

Wait times and parking can be a drag, but once you get inside the air-conditioned building, it's very comfortable. Waiters are curt, but efficient. To be frank, I come here for the food, not the service. This is no-frills, delicious dim sum. I always ask for the chrysanthemum tea and snag anything resembling dumplings off the carts!
