“Great Thai Street food around the area of La Palma, Buena Park & Cypress. I've been to the Cerritos location many times but the La Palma location it was my 1st. I've been craving for Thai food due to social media watching Mark Wiens ~Migrationology. Great location just under 4 miles from where I live. Great service with awesome hospitality with enormous spacious environment & great friendly restraurant staffs and also large spacious parking spaces since it's location in a plaza behind Kaiser Permanente Medical Plaza. My 1st time visit there I had the Papaya Salad, Pa-Nang Curry & Thai Ice Coffee(32oz). Very delicious!”

“First time eating here yesterday. Looked nice and clean when you go in. Friendly lady at the counter gave us a few samples of the food before ordering. Food was great, fresh, and flavorful. Good portions on every serving. The only thing was not good was the teriyaki chicken it was chopped in small pieces and was really dried. The red BBQ chicken that was in a sauce was also dried and hard. Everything else that we ordered was good. The bathroom was cleaned and stocked.”

“I love BBQ and tried all the ones near my area. Not quite satisfy with any particular ones yet but still go since I have no other choice until now. I was introduced to this place by a friend and OMG I love it!!! The ribs are so juicy and tender that they melt in your mouth. The flavor was good even without the sauce but since I love saucy BBQ so I have to have it with sauce. I'm quite picky with sauce and I usually mixed the sauce myself if I can. However, the sauce here is so good that I have to ask for extra since I consumed so much. It's not too sweet like most places, spicy and peppery that quite unique and flavorful. One other thing I was very impressed about this place is that it still taste juicy after reheating the leftover. I usually tossed leftover out but this time I tried it thinking I might be disappointed but it wasn't the case. We finished every single piece of it. I most recommend this place who love ribs as I do. I hope they do well so I would have a place to go to when my ribs craving calls. Thank you Wholly Smokes for an excellent experience. You will be my go to place now.”

“This place was amazing..... so amazing I’m afraid to post about it because I want to Make sure I can always get in. We referred by a friend and had the BEST time here. We started with cocktails, ordered a few appetizers, then had dinner. The band was FABULOUS! We were singing in our seats until we finished dinner and hit the dance floor. We had such a great night, we even got the chef on the dance floor. What an amazing evening!”

The staff is an extension of their kindness and willingness to make your experience absolutely wonderful. I saw while I was eating a couple of dishes being served to other guests, dishes that I must come back and try :')) They looked absolutely delicious! I must add this, the owners care enough about your experience that they personally come to your table to make sure everything is okay along with finding out if there's anything they can do to make the experience any better. This to me is a sign of true ownership! I could not eat another bite so I am forced to go back several times just to enjoy them. On the positive side, it's nice to want to go back to a place you had a wonderfully positive experience at and also look fwd to seeing the Mgr & hopefully the owners again.”

“This is a new restaurant and I wanted to give it a chance before reviewing it. I have been here 3 times but will only review After soft open. The location while a bit odd works well. Plenty of parking and a feeling of sitting at a street cafe (without the street right next to you) enjoying a snack or a drink. The spot is sometimes crowded mostly because of the small size. If you are at all comfortable with eating outside I highly recommend it. It adds the the feel of the experience and gives space relax. The staff was attentive, helpful and pleasant. The drinks.we enjoyed (the house versions) were very good and worth a try. The food is good. I will not say it is spectacular Cuban food, but the items we tried tasted as expected and did not leave you feeling heavy. Overall a good place for a light meal, some good drinks, and time socializing. So they captured the Cuban cafe feel perfectly.”

“The Dahk Galbi is definitely worth it! Not only it is delicious but have generous portions and worth the price! Rice comes with it and they give you the option of giving you the plain rice as you eat the stew or they mix it in the giant pot for you and make fried rice with the leftovers. We did the fried rice option because that way the rice gets infused with the delicious sauce (make sure to request it though). The service of this place is excellent and they let us bring in a cake from outside to eat after dinner.”

“Went here for the first time. The employees were very cheerful and kind. My mother and I can tell that they really enjoyed their job. It made my night honestly. The food was beyond delicious and arrived with little to no wait time at all, incredibly fresh tasting too. I will be coming back for sure. I highly recommend the Pho with a side of grilled chicken. It was probably the best I've ever had. This restaurant also offers a free, traditional bowl of tapioca.”
