    Best sushi in California. I from Argentina and whenever I’m visiting LA I try to go and eat the freshness sushi in town. They always close on Christmas season.

    So fresh and lots of Japanese fish option. A reasonably priced considering they give you more fish and less rice. Get there early on a Friday or Saturday or expect a long wait. Small place so limited seating.

    The most delicious sushi ever if you don't care about rolls but want fresh fish with really good toppings.

    Casual sushi restaurant with good quality fish. No crazy rolls here. Everything we ordered was so good. We didn’t regret paying a bit extra for the better quality. All the typical nigiri are well priced (around ~$5). The chef special is more expensive. For example, Toro sashimi was like $40 for 4 pieces. Japanese sea urchin sashimi was $30.

    Totally recommend the Japanese sea urchin. It was so good! I never had good sea urchin until I tried it here. We also tried the Santa Barbara sea urchin, but would prefer the Japanese one as it tasted quite better: sweeter and more buttery.
