Great staff too, Raul was a great help and very personable and provided excellent customer care. The atmosphere is very chill, and surrounded by a shopping center that you could take your friends with and hang out with. It is super efficient and clean with excellent food quality. The prices are slightly higher than back east.... “So I really wanted to love this place. Very few Italian restaurant in our area, fewer Japanese/Chinese Restaurants, (if you know of one respond to this post) and fewer restaurants of diversity. Love not being in the city, I just miss having a choice where to dine without driving 30 minutes. So Cibo, I tried the soups and they don't taste much different from a Grocery store soup in the Deli aisle. The cookies are not homemade, if they are, they need to hire a new baker, because it was made with tons of lard as opposed to butter and it didn't taste fresh. I did enjoy the take-away salads. The Farrow Vegetable and the Apple and Beet salad were pretty tasty. Next week I will try food off the hot menu items. I really would love for this place to succeed. Fingers crossed. :o)”

“Gave them another shot after a not so great experience under previous ownership/management. MUCH better for sure. My Sweetie had the rib plate with creamed spinach and Mac and cheese. She was pleasantly surprised. I had the Westerner combo (Jalapeno Cheddar kielbasa and pulled pork). Very good. Will return for sure. If you are in the RSM area, its worth a stop. Recommended for sure.”

“We ate at the San Juan Selma’s yesterday. This was our first time at Selma’s. The server was great. The pizza was sub par at best when compared to authentic Chicago pizza. I am a Chicago native and I feel if you claim to serve Chicago pizza than you should deliver. We ordered the thin crust. The sauce is bland with almost no taste. The crust is flat and gummy. The sausage was decent but under seasoned. To top off our first experience I was told to my face that the chef would not cut our pizza into squares. I laughed at first thinking this was a joke but our server said he refuses to do it. In Chicago, all thin crust is cut into squares. This was plain stupid. Why couldn’t the chef just cut it like the customer asked? Lazy was all I could guess. I will wait for great pizza when I visit Vegas or Prescott. I should have ordered a sandwiche.”

“I visit 1 to 3 times a week and mostly everything is right. When I visited on Tuesday they had a new employee taking the orders, the assistant manager was doing paperwork and the manager was doing reports and interviewing someone. The new employee taking customers orders seemed a bit lost, he didn't repeat any of the orders to assure accuracy. He even asked the assistant manager for help placing the order. Needless to say he and the kitchen staff got my order and that of 4 others totally wrong, considering that 2 of the 5 orders were placed online I would imagine that errors were made by the new cashier and the kitchen staff. Finally both managers had to step in to make sure all was taken care of. I managed restaurants in my early days and I always insisted on the personnel to repeat back to the customer their order to avoid mistakes and assure accuracy and make customer feel that they were being paid attention to.”

“I don't eat at Wendy's very often and I don't know why. I ordered a Dave's Double, no cheese and onions. It was one of the better hamburgers I have eaten in a long time. The patties tasted great and fresh (never frozen). I will definitely start putting Wendy's on my list whenever I feel like having a hamburger. The drive-thru was quick and the employee was polite.”
