“I came to this night club after dinner with my hubby & BFF. I didn't know what to expect as we pulled up to the parking lot. I was happy to see lots of cars besides our but the best part was that there were still plenty of parking left for us. This seems adventurous because we all can't speak Spanish & we're going to a new Hispanic Night Club in town! As I walked up to the entrance of this night club; their security stopped me to check my bag. He says that it was protocol but was very nice about it. As you know most security guards could come off very intimidating. After the past the bag check; a waitress promptly greeted us & took us to our seats near the stage where the live full band was playing. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed so we were only able to order drinks & enjoy the live music. I went to the restroom to wash my hands before our drinks cans out; to my surprised; it was very happy that it was fresh & clean! The music got me to stay a little longer even though I didn't have anything to much on. They were very good at what they did! I enjoyed every beat but was too shy to go up to dance on the dance floor all by myself. My husband's friend Jorge came yo our table to join us! He was very cool! Jorge broke the ice & brought us to the dance floor to take some selfies for memories! I thought it was cute that he asked me to text him the photos to share with his wife. I will definitely come back next time with our friends to taste their foods & dance the night away to the awesome music that their live band played.”

“Mercado Modern is my favorite modern Mexican food. Cocktails are always yummy. Food is delicious. Service varies depending on who you get. The guy server is the best server, but I don't know his name. I try to dine here weekly. It's THAT good.”

“Good prices on a wide variety of wines from around the world. They don't have everything but the staff can recommend something for everyone. Pricing on the wine machines are set to induce you to buy not make money for the store. Saturday tastings save you money two ways 1) you don't have to buy the bottle to know if you like the wine 2) Extra 10%off the day of the tasting. Their wine lockers are competitive with other wine storage locations. If you like beers or spirits ask for Jesus (no kidding) for suggestions.”

“Great restaurant. Great patio. Perfect setting to highlight both the Orange County beer culture and the gentrification of Santa Ana. There is a wide selection of interesting beers on tap. Most are from Southern California. Another interesting feature is the attached BBQ -- famous for its smoked wings. Sweet patio -- with benches that appear to have been made from recycled stadium bleachers -- overlooks the downtown area . It's well-heated for those cold nights. We will return here.”

“The front desk worker at the hotel I was at recommended this place to get food from. I got a taco trio (mainly because I couldn't decide what I wanted) and was blown away by the flavors. It was absolutely delicious and the margarita was just as great. The cheat code is to go during happy hour to get the most bang for your buck.”
