“Roba Noodle replaced The Kroft at Union Market and it is a welcome addition! Stopped by here right before close on a Sunday night to try this new Udon eatery in the area. I had the Union Combo which included Udon, one meat skewer, one vegeable skewer, and a side and drink of choice. I went with the Beef Kombu, Prime Beef Ribeye, Aparagus, Crispy Blue Crab Rice Balls, and Green tea. The broth was light and had good umami flavors from the beef and kombu. I really enjoyed the crispy rice balls, they had a great crunch and the ponzu sauce complemented it well. I'd recommend checking out this spot for a good modern take on Udon!”

“I love Arby's. But, I went twice recently and ordered food to go from the clerk at the counter. The first time they left out one of the items which caused me to have to go back to get it. Knowing they could leave an item out when I went the second time I opened the bag to confirm I had everything. All was good until I got home. This time I had two grilled fish sandwiches instead of two grilled chicken sandwiches. The fish sandwiches were clearly marked on the receipt but, after you pay they only give you a receipt for the payment, it does not show what was ordered. The full receipt is put in the bag when the order is given to you. So, you cannot look at what they are going to give you until the bag is already full. I suggest you look carefully at the receipt after getting your food AND check to see if it is actually in the bag. Two trips, two different failures. Not a good track record.”

“It was not as good as years ago. The soup was awful. There was a funny taste to the Mac and cheese. The place is not very comfortable to eat at either. We had a family meal. It was disappointing to me because whenever I have gone through the drive through and gotten the big salad in a tortilla bowl, its like the best salad ever. The chicken had a pretty good flavor, but from the size if it, I wondered if they had caught a oudgeon in the parking lot. So basically, you can eat there or not. You won't know the difference. “Tonight I was super hungry and just NEEDED a burrito, knowing what I know about Chipotle, (quality IS number one here at all Chipotles). Just like the Irvine store on Irvine blvd, and Sand Canyon, the meat was cooked to perfection. Alejandra, was super helpful, and knew here job she wrapped my burrito like she’s been doing it for years. Brenda, although she initially over charged me, before I paid everything was rung up the right way. Thank you Brenda. Jose, is on duty tonight. He listened to an issue I had at a Chipotle and gave me sound advice. I highly recommend this store, if you ever have a problem with the food or with personnel that work for Chipotle. The young man helping did a very good job explaining and trying to find a special for me. We didn't find one but it wasn't his fault. There was a situation with another employee and this young man. She was drilling him for something that didn't make sense. He handled it great. She kept drilling him but he kept his cool like a proffesional. I don't know how much this kid makes but he deserves more if he has to put up with such treatment. Back to the chicken, good stuff, always enjoy it.”
