“Was across the street and found this place with decent ratings. Venue - Clean place with a good size seating area. Service - The service is great it looks like a family owned business with nice people. Cost - Regular prices compared to the avg. Spot like this. Parking - No issues parking found parking right in front. Food - My reason for the 3 star rating is because the food lacked of flavor, other than that the portions was good and looked authentic, but just needed more flavor. Overall its not a bad place, but would keep my options open.”

“Restaurant and staff were very friendly. Food was hot and fresh. Booths were a little small. Hard to sit in and relax when your stomach hits the table. I'm a big guy. I know it's not on the staff about the booths.”

“Lady who owns restaurant was very nice to us and food was quite good. Dinner menu was a bit expensive. Their special wrap was very good and more reasonably priced.”

“This 85c bakery is like express version of the one on Irvine. This one has way better parking! This spot has more of a coffee shop feel to it. The bread appeared to be fresher as well (warm). Plenty of parking and you're in n out here fast.”

“Our waiter made great suggestions, was attentive and very friendly. I wish I remembered his name. The food was great. The grape leaves and saganaki were wonderful. Love the cozy atmosphere. A new family favorite.”

“One of our local favorites. Great coffee. Nice family atmosphere. Lots of places to sit. Nice brunch offerings. Unique and tasty coffee creations. Friendly staff behind the counter. A Santa Ana gem. Much prefer to chain coffee shops like Starbucks. Easy to bring kids with you. Sometimes parking is z little tough, but you can always find a space.”

“Decent place to have a beer and watch some football. Stopped here for a bit to get something to eat. I ordered their wings pretty decent sauce seem like it was made from scratch which is always a plus. Beer selection was different yet I only tried one so can’t speak for all the beers. Service was OK nothing that stood out. Might stop by again if I’m in the area.”

“Our favorite pizza place in town. Always fresh ingredients and Dough made from scratch. Ton of options for grown ups and kids alike. They have lunch specials and catering. And they deliver too!”

“The employees here are nice and the service relatively fast, but the dining area is often dirty with trash and food on the floors and tables waiting to be wiped down. Even when the place isn't busy and there is time for cleaning the dining area, nothing gets cleaned. I'd recommend getting food to-go here.”

“I've been looking for an amazing Indian Restaurant, that has a wide array of dishes, since moving from Colorado. Last night, I finally found this lovely jewel. This is my favorite, hands down, from taste to pleasant experiences. They are so kind and joyful. I love this place.”

“Praise music is too intense. I just wanted a sandwich, not a sandwich and a sermon. Sandwich was good however, maybe take out or something else.”

“I come once in while for my lunch and usually enjoy all kind of food at there. I usually try spicy or non spicy soup and enjoy so much with rice and small complimentary dishes. Must be close to real Korean dishes because I see a lot of Korean customers all the time.”

“Got here at 8:05 am on a Saturday and the wait was about 20 minutes for a party of 2. They take your cell number and text you a link where you can watch your place in line. There is an area to wait outside. They have complementary coffee offered while you wait. There is an outdoor patio but no heaters. It was only about 50 degrees so it was a bit too cold for our preferences. They have the most delicious pancakes I have ever eaten. Allow me to recommend the sweet potato pancakes. You can get a "flight" of pancakes where you pick the three you would like to eat. They have a full bar, place to sit at a bar top, and their drinks looked delicious, though we did not indulge. Service was fast and friendly. I would definitely come back for the food. I would love to try other menu items. We also got the breakfast pot pie which was pretty good. Different for sure, but I won't order it again.”

“Burgers here are amazing. Tried their classic burger and it almost tasted like a miniature steak. Juicy and delicious! Also got the Parmesan truffle fries, which just tasted absolutely amazing. The burger was so big that it could barely fit into my mouth. Definitely one of the best out there.”

“There was a time when I loved eating here. However, after today’s meal I am reminded of how quality has faded over the past few years. Today’s meal of extra meat chicken plate made me wondering if salmonella was going to be the second course as much if the strip chicken texture was that similar to under cooked. I also found the usual double portion to be smaller. Oh well. There are other places which cook thoroughly.”

“My daughter took me to lunch there and I was impressed. My mom made the best Mexican food ever and I am always looking for good local places. The quality was good, flavor profiles satisfying and I left happy with my meal. It is clean and the staff was efficient and friendly.”

“This fantastic place is a small hole-in-the-wall, family-run restaurant. The seating is limited so to-go is a great option. But for all the times, we have choosen to sit-down, the ambience is pleasing and service friendly. It is my family's favorite comfort Thai food haven”

“Pretty good every time. Customer service is very good and the food is always dependable. I suggest a double single with grilled onions and tomato ketchup mustard instead protein style. Then go cut that up in a bowl at home and have yourself a burger salad. Pretty tasty!”

“It's a fantastic place run by charming staff in the heart of the Italian district. Amazing selection of seafood offerings, all fresh and locally caught!!!”

“Food looks like it's been sitting for a while and nothing looks fresh. The taste is not bad. I had not been there in a while and it isn't as good as it used to be. The service is way down. You used to be greeted and offered a taste or sample of something you may want to try. Get a little taste of something. Now it seems like your just the next person and that's it. Hopefully the place lightens up and the food refreshed.”

“I don't know what it is about this location, but the food always tastes stale. The dining room is nice and modern, but that's about as far as it gets. The self-order kiosks are bolted to a wall 3 feet off the ground in the direct path of the blinding reflection from the sun, which makes them annoying to use as well.”
