Beautiful view. Great service. Pesto Pasta and Smoked Chicken Pasta were decent but were a tad overpacked with ingredients (probably could have been 50% better with less). Parking is a tad difficult due to where the restaurant is located. Great place to go at the sunset or if you want to see the entire lake.

There were 3 tables outside with clear lake views that opened up shortly after we were seated, before we ordered. When we asked if we could move to one of them we were told they have a "no moving policy" and that those tables were for people with reservations. (We'd made a reservation for a view table too, btw). A "no moving policy?" I'm sorry, that was ridiculous. Food was fine, meatballs a bit dry, butternut squash pizza was very good.

We love our locals restaurant and Johnny chef owner will see to it and do you right! The food is homemade and some good cooking comes out of that kitchen, and the location on the lake is one of the best, you won’t leave disappointed. We love our home town and our good chefs of Tahoe City.

We were delightfully surprised by our lunch here. Great "vacation food," meaning big portions, tasty but not the most healthy items, and damn good. To top it off the view was great and we had good service. Great beer selection too. Get fat and happy here!

Good food, beautiful view, big portions! I got the Italian Roast Beef and my husband got the Fish Sandwich. We split them and both were excellent. There was plenty to go around. The restaurant is located on the lake shore and the view from the deck is breathtaking!
