“Delicious. I had the soup in a bread bowl and grilled cheese combo This was amazing! The bread ???? bowl is a very sour sourdough. The grilled cheese was a brie with apples and fig jam... The soup a rustic ???? tomato bisque. It was one of the best tomato soups I've had. You do need to pay an extra $1 for the bread bowl but definitely worth it! Service was friendly and helpful You can also buy the shaped bread if that interests you. Would love to try their other items if I had the time.”

“Super cute and wonderful brunch spot. Came here with family for brunch on a weekday morning and it wasn't very busy. Located on a cute street corner. There was plenty of street parking if I remember correctly. Their espresso coffee is delicious! I ordered the vanilla latte and it was sweet but not overly so. Their aesthetic is very classy and I enjoyed the ambiance. Customer service was also very pleasant! Highly recommend checking them out!”

“The Dam Café is situated right near the creek in Tahoe City, on the corner of an insanely busy intersection. It’s a cute cafe, with a small but adequate selection of expensive (but all the food around here is) sandwiches and smoothies. I had the Neptune Tuna Sandwich- The tuna is made with the interesting twist of grated carrot. I enjoyed the sandwich and recommend the Dam cafe if you’re looking for a casual lunch at small hightop or a table outside.”

Since it is so crowded, it seems like you need to rush through your meal to enable more opportunities for others. The wait is rather long at all times. 30-40 minutes is too long to wait for breakfast, and with little space to wait, you may be outside waiting. Four sisters came highly recommended and it did not disappoint.”

They even cater events at this location if you give advanced notice. My girlfriend and i happened to be there when there was a drag queen convention. We got to meet a couple of them. It was pretty cool. I honestly can say I have never been to a McDonald's like this one and I plan on going back.”
