It into the microwave the actually have a large fire pit and dozens of chickens blazing away , yeah so it's fast food but It's not ?”

“Lunch last weeek. A bit pricier than typical Chinese lunch offerings but worth it. I requested white meat only on my chicken dish and they readily accommodated me. Food was tasty and filling. Seemed like a lot of regular customers were in and out. Staff is very attentive and friendly. I'll go back.”

“A few years ago I used to eat here every day. Prices have risen by three dollars per combo meal in the past five years and are a little high for a place that is less attractive than most fast food places and doesn't have any booths. They have a good variety of dishes and are very good about substituting. I like their steak breakfast burrito and they let me replace the potatoes with lettuce. The food is very good most times, but can be poor depending on who is cooking. The inconsistency from one to another of this chain's locations and between cooks at this location make it hard to recommend highly, but I do find the Joshua Tree location to be the best of many I've visited.”
