Giuseppe's Pizzeria

Of all the Italian restaurants in the area, Giuseppe's is our favorite. We have made it our regular weekend habit. The food is consistently excellent. The Chicago style deep dish pizza is unequaled in the Coachella Valley. And here is a bonus. The patio provides a fabulous view of the mountains! It is small and fills up fast, especially on weekends, so they now take reservations.

Great pizza. Generally pizza joints I have visited in So Cal have been better. Super super snooty server. The menu had beer categories on tap listed, like Amber. I asked the staff what is on tap she said “Amber” which I could see on the menu. Then I asked what specifically (expecting brand, brewery, etc.). She basically repeated A-M-B-E-R amber. Probably thought that Indians don’t know their beers. I was about to walk out but was too hungry. Thankfully the owner or the manager realized they messed up and was sweet enough to make it up.

Ended up here cause it was the only spot open on a Tuesday night. The food was excellent! I'd highly recommend the shrimp scampi appetizer - the garlic sauce was incredibly tasty and thankfully, they give you a good amount of bread to sop it up. I also had the Chicago-style deep dish meat lover's pizza, which was good too. Plus, great service.

Great service, excellent pizzas and very tasty salads. They have a wide selection of Italian food. The outdoor heated patio was dog friendly and a nice ambiance. We will definitely be back next time we are in Palm Springs.
