    Amazing food and service! Minerva's had a lovely variety of small plate options that were vegetarian friendly. We enjoyed sharing a few things - avocado dip was great and so was the carrot crudo!

    This place is such a vibe for Palm Springs! Gorgeous interior and exterior design -- feels like walking into a 70s dream, but with modern touches to keep it luxurious. Obsessed with the Mr. Minerva cocktail, and the food is great for vegetarians/vegans (which is hard to find upscale in Palm Springs). Worth every penny!

    Menu is on point - creative and unique! Drinks were perfect. Ambiance in both seating areas is perfect for both date nights as well as a group. Huge fan of Minerva's.

    It’s hard to find a vibey restaurant with healthy & vegan options - Minerva’s is just that. The design is phenomenal and the lighting creates just the right mood. The music is also very much on point. My only complaint is that this doesn’t exist in NYC! Can’t wait to be back soon.
