If you like hot salsa ask for the hot salsa when they bring you chips and their regular salsa, it's pretty tasty. Carne asada is good, tacos are good & house specialties are good. Full bar with good margaritas.

(April 30, 2019, 9:29 pm)As a vegetarian, I was happy to see that they actually had a vegetarian section on their menu, however, I was disappointed that their rice is cooked with chicken broth and is NOT vegetarian. If you have a vegetarian dish, then it absolutely should be vegetarian. Chicken broth is NOT vegetarian.

(April 20, 2019, 5:18 am)Wonderful Dinner Salad. Perfect chips and salsa. Definitely worth the trip to El Mirasol. I had take out and the order was complete in minutes. Fresh ingredients made for intense flavors.
