    Delicious steak and a "rib cap" cut of meat was something I never heard of before. Fun cocktails, delicious side dishes and a view of Coachella Valley that is hard to beat!!!! Romantic, perfect place for a date night!

    The Edge sets a standard matched by very few restaurants! We've eaten here three times and on each occasion we've been blown away by the quality of the food and the service provided. The Ritz itself is an amazing place and we love spending our vacations there, but The Edge is the icing on the cake! We hope to be back next year ❤️

    Great ambiance and great view looking into the valley with the mountains in the background. We had an event held here so the food was served more family style. The food had great flavor, however I felt the chicken and the steak were both over cooked. I like my steak more medium to medium rare they cooked them all well done and the chicken was dry. The wines they served were amazing and paired great with the food.
