“We had such a nice lunch experience. The host, Alberto and bartender/server, Niko were friendly, courteous and inviting. We had reservations at 11a and the place had a great feel to it. The lunch menu was very diverse, especially since it was a modest menu. I had a very good white peach Margarita, two to be exact. We started off with short rib taquitos witha delicious mole sauce, then had a calamari pasta dish (with an option of having a vegan version), all the selections on the lunch menu sounded good. The tres leches pound cake, that came in a ramekin, was warm and just the right size to finish off the meal. I’d definitely come back to try the whole menu. They serve dinner too! Reforma has a private room for groups and an area designated for night clubbing.”

“Hunters is an interesting place. It’s huge! They have a large front patio area and seating the floors into the parking lot. The front bar and room have high top tables as well as bottle service booths. The back room has a second bar and dance floor. The crowd is younger (20’s-30’s). I can see people hoping between Hunters and Chill Bar. It feels like Hunters is trying to be the Abbey of Palm Springs. Huge food focus but limited menu. My food was good, but it felt weird as I was the only one eating. The dance floor was nice, but small. The main room was big, maybe too big. I’d give it another shot.”

“We stopped in here for a few drinks and a snack with friends, and we really enjoyed our experience! The restaurant is unique with eclectic interior decor, (including the infamous mannequin sitting in the lounge area), but we enjoyed sitting outdoors on the patio with a beautiful view of the mountains. The menu has plenty of choices, but we had the vegan tacos, which were delicious! Also, we will definitely be returning here on a Tuesday evening for “Taco Tuesday”, when they also have live music. I liked their extensive wine list. Our excellent waiter, who was very friendly and thoughtful, was a great help choosing the right wine for the occasion. This restaurant is famous for their “wine flights” that allow you to try 3 different wines from their menu. Definitely try this when you visit. We will definitely return here again and will recommend it to our friends!”

“I had a wonderful time at AJ's on the Green and Splash Lounge. I'm a freelance professional jazz pianist, and one of my music colleagues is a guitarist named Doug McDonald, and he performs there several nights a week with his trio. I have worked with him on and off for about 12 years, and when the opportunity came up to sit in with him at the lounge, I took advantage of it! I was out in Palm Springs with my husband in mid-December, at our timeshare, so we went to the lounge for dinner (which was good) and drinks one night and I sat in with Doug and played a bunch of numbers on their nice baby grand piano. In the two sets during which I sat in, I accompanied some of the guest singers, and also played on a few instrumentals. It was a lot of fun, and everyone there was so welcoming and friendly, and especially, so complimentary of my piano playing! It was a wonderful atmosphere, and it made the evening really special. My husband got the same vibe, too, and that can't be said of every place that we have gone. So he and I will think of this place as being exceptional.”

Just make sure to fast the entire day of because they keep bringing you food until you say “no more”. The sushi was fantastic and fresh.
