(January 29, 2024, 4:14 am)Overall is good, the pork pie and beef shank are delicious and authentic, but I came for 锅包肉， I was so excited to find 锅包肉 in Sacramento, but it tastes more like Americanized Chinese food sweet sour pork to me， it still tastes good just not what I expected
