Dave & Buster's Folsom

We had our team party here to celebrate the end of the season and we had the best experience. The booking was easy. I worked with Jackie, part of the sales team, who was very accommodating to what we wanted the event to be like. The manager of the location greeted me and assisted us throughout the whole night. The kids also had the best time. I booked my son’s birthday party after we arrived home after the great experience we had.

Love the atmosphere and the staff. They're super friendly! I like the flat breads and mozzarella sticks, and love kicking my family's butts at Mario kart and air hockey. 10/10 would recommend

Games are ridiculously quick, literally maybe a 10 second game per session, which isn’t what I’m used to when I go to arcade arenas. Ambience is nice but quality of games is far below sub par , wouldn’t return!

My experience at Dave & Buster's in Folsom was fantastic! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the service provided by bartender Mark Deal was exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our visit was enjoyable. The drinks were expertly crafted and delivered with a smile. The entire staff was accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our time there. I highly recommend visiting this location for a fun-filled evening with excellent service! I was impressed with how beautifully done up this place was with how they used the space they had to work with. High ceilings and huge TVs, enough staff trained to meet your needs. It was just Family Day for the employees and their families but the staff that was working were suitably trained. The one who took our order was still training but very helpful and the young lady who delivered our dessert was knowledgeable about the food. When you all come and enjoy the food and games at this place after the grand opening on April 1st, you will be able to taste the wonderful food that they have and the ambiance of the place. We ordered the Loaded Barbacoa Fries which had the most flavorful shredded beef that melts in your mouth, Chicken Parm Pasta with the moistest Chicken with great flavor, All American Cheeseburger nicely cooked, and for dessert, Strawberry Shortcake that was highly recommended and didn't disappoint. I suggest you run to Dave & Busters when it opens to try the food, if you dare to eat anything scrumptious. Enjoy!
