“I liked this place before it was sold to the new owners, so I was sad when I saw it was different. We went anyway, and it turned out to be better than it used to be! We got the pork dumplings, bbq pork fried rice, beef chow fun, and Sichuan chicken. All were very good. The pork dumplings were some of the best I've ever had. The customer service was great, also. All the employees were very friendly and accommodating, and the food came out quickly. Will definitely be going back.”

“I'm going 5 stars here cause people should go there are get the food. It's great. The beer was OK, they are new though, so that's gonna get better. The employees were friendly, the food was hot and tasty. The facility was clean and welcoming, including a great looking back patio. For food, I got the Italian Pizza, wife got a garlic cheese bread and the kid got the veggie pasta. They were all well cooked. I'd go back for the pizza again.”

“This place is iconic for the many great bands that have performed here like Metallica, Fall Out Boy, Portugal, and more... The new owners have cleaned and updated the entire place. Love the island themed decorations. Two bars and a separate area to order food. Clean restrooms as well as inside and outside of the restaurant. 🚙 free parking and you can also park across the street in the gravel area if busy. 🍺 🍹 🥤 Bartenders served the best drinks. The food was pretty good too!! Plenty of TVs so you can see the performers up close so you won’t miss a beat. Overall great venue & fun times!! Will definitely return many many more times!! ❤️”

“We were on Google maps and decided we wanted lunch. Selected restaurants and up came Dezy's Beef, Bread, and Beer so we went right over. The place looked clean and the owner was super friendly. We were welcomed as soon as we entered the shop, and immediately offered a menu. We ordered a chicken kabob and a steak kabob. The skewer of meat comes with a tomato, a jalapeno, some Persian bread and a bowl of rice with a pat of butter. The steak was perfectly cooked medium and the white rice was mixed with a little saffron rice which gave a nice color. The bread was at the bottom of the bowl and a little too soggy from all the droppings for my tastes. My wife loved her chicken kabob just as much as I did the steak. Like I said, the owner was super friendly and even let me take a picture of his bread oven from behind the counter. We both loved it and we will be back.”

Also delightful for a couples, date-night lunch or dinner. They have a kid's menu too! The parking is limited but be patient, a stall will open up! The owner is so warm, friendly, and wants "the best" cuisine for their customers and it reveals itself on the first bite. I/we enjoyed it tremendously and are anxious to return weekly! “This place is our favorite and it’s the best breakfast spot in the area. All the staff members have great attitudes, everyone gets excellent service consistently, and they have amazing food. The prices are great and the portions are too. They’re on point with service and refills and the environment is clean and inviting. “We tried this place on a fluke, the place we wanted to eat at was packed. How lucky were we??? We had the Chicago Style Deep Dish pizza that was delicious!! “O’Connors is great! I love this place. Whenever we are in the area and hungry I try to make my way here. I never knew about them until just a couple of years ago when my wife brought me. I could smell the delicious food as soon as I opened my car door. I love that about a restaurant. If I can smell it and know it’s going to be a great meal before I even enter the establishment that is definitely extra points in my book. I would recommend them to anyone in the area and I will definitely be returning myself!”

“We went in an hour before closing and service was great along with the food. Everything tasted homemade, clean and delicious and we totally finished our meals. “La Placita is great. A sit down, traditional place with a friendly, casual environment. The service is over the top good. The food...oh, the food... I wish I could eat more... It is so good. I always want to order everything. I don't think the menu has changed in the twenty years I have been going here and that is a good thing. It is as amazing as the first time I visited. Make sure you get a combo that comes with beans and rice. When you sit down they bring a basket of chips that are light and warm with mild and hot salsa. Love this place.”
